The two story house is located at the head of Necum Teuch Bay near the mouth of Moser River. The property has a tidal salt marsh as one of its boundaries, seen in the photo above.

The house is in good shape for having been abandoned for so long. Some of the window glass is broken, the back entrance roof leaked and now the whole entrance needs replacing. The chimney is great. The sills and roof are fine. However, the electrical box was removed as well as some of the wiring.
